IVSS Trade Account: Named Contact, Agreed Rates and Monthly Invoicing
A trade account is for businesses that ship vehicles or machinery regularly: dealers, exporters, removal companies, forwarders and fleets. Once approved, you get a named contact, rates agreed in advance for your regular routes and volumes, and monthly invoicing instead of paying each booking up front. What do you get with a trade account?

How do I open a trade account?
- Email us Send your company name, address, company number, VAT and EORI numbers to info@ivssuk.com.
- Tell us what you ship Vehicle types, routes and roughly how many a month or year.
- Account check We check the company details and agree the account terms with you.
- Agree your rates Rates for your regular routes are set and confirmed in writing.
Until the account is approved, bookings are paid in the usual way.
