Vessel & Cargo Tracking
There are several different ways to track your cargo and the vessel it is on, it is important to note that not all carriers provide real-time tracking of cargo.
- Carriers tracking system – some but not all shipping companies have the ability to track cargo on their websites.
- Using third-party vessel tracking websites
Roll on Roll Off cargo tracking
Generally, to be able to track Roll on Roll Off cargo you will need your booking number or bill of lading number if you do not have this please contact us and we will provide it to you. Please note generally it can take 1 to 3 working days for the tracking systems to be updated.
Carriers with tracking
- WWL (Wallenius Wilhelmsen) – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your booking or the BL number
- Hoegh Auto Liners – provides limited real-time tracking on their website – you will either need your Vin number
- K-Line – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your booking or the BL number
- Eukor – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your BL number
- ACL (Atlantic Container Line) – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your BL number & VIN
- Grimaldi – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your BL number & VIN
- MOL – provide real-time tracking on their website – you will need your BL number
Carriers without tracking
For carriers, without tracking you will have to track the specific ship on third-party websites like marine traffic, or keep an eye on the schedules, depending on the carrier the schedules may not provide real-time updates.
- NYK – does not provide live tracking – you will have to check the latest schedules on their website
