RORO Shipping from Colombia to Europe

RORO (roll-on/roll-off) shipping is an excellent and affordable choice for oversized vehicles that are too big to fit into a container. However, for smaller vehicles, the cost of RORO and sharing a container is approximately the same.

Compared to container shipping, RORO shipping is less complicated because there is no need to load and unload the container at the port. However, RORO shipping carries a higher security risk as shipping line employees will have direct access to your vehicle during transport.

RORO does pose a greater security risk, as employees of the shipping line will have access to your vehicle.

We can offer the following options from Cartagena, Colombia to Southampton UK, Zeebrugge Belgium and Bremerhaven, Germany.

1) To Belgium & UK – The vessel tranships in Panama – Port calls Colombia, Panama, Savannah, Baltimore, Zeebrugge, Bremerhaven, Southampton (sailing time 22-28 days)
2) To Germany – The vessel does not tranship at Panama – Port calls Colombia, Panama, Galveston, Veracruz, Bremerhaven (Transhipment in Germany for the UK)  (sailing time 22 days)
3) To Germany & Belgium without TS – Colombia (Cartagena & Santa Marta), Puerto Rico (U.S.) then Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Le Havre, France (sometimes) transhipment for the UK in Antwerp or Bremerhaven  (sailing time 14-18 days)
